Active and Flexible Management

Aliston invests in companies and business sectors that meet simple and defined investment criteria:

• Business sectors with high growth potential

• Short-term high yield based on value creation

• Proven management expertise

• Convergence with the company’s other business sectors

Aliston takes part in investment projects through direct or indirect holdings in any given business.
We can also grant financing so that our partners can acquire companies or undertake specific projects.

In order to diversify our portfolio of holdings, we don’t favor any one particular investment sector.
We look for companies with innovative products and a dynamic approach to their market
segment. We do, however, prioritize business sectors we already have holdings in. We will only invest in
businesses where experienced individuals work to actively cultivate their company.
